Sourdough Bagels

I thought my days of bagel eating were over when I went gluten free, but not on my watch! Enjoy this chewy bagel plain or with your choice of topping: cinnamon crunch, everything seasoning, or sesame seeds.

The dough is made with 4 simple ingredients: flour, water, honey and salt.  And just like bagels should be, they are boiled before baking.
