Are you ready to learn how to make delicious and healthy bread for you or your family? With this one  hands-on class you will walk away with the confidence and skills to do just that, we will go through the whole process! No previous knowledge of baking or bread making needed, this is a beginner level workshop. I will teach you the science of sourdough and how to mix your own dough that you will take home to bake. Each person will also get to practice shaping & scoring loaves, and how to take care of your own starter.

> This class is for Saturday, May 31, 2025 from 10am-12:30pm at the Church at Chelsea Westover. Please arrive 15 min before class, we will start promptly at 10:00. You’ll need to bring a medium/large mixing bowl and if you want an apron to wear. Each class has limited seats available, can't wait to get started!
